What would be the best option in Micro ATX for an NSK2400 desktop case setup?

With 5.1 SPDIF out and at least 2 PCI for dual tuners later?

Okay, after a bit of research, any opinions on the Abit Fatal1ty F-I90HD ATI Micro ATX?

HDMI out for my 37" Tosh coupled with SPDIF for the Yamaha Receiver sounds the business ...
