Just read through that and decide. :) If you click the name in the table it takes you to a page which describes what it does, etc.

^ But there you go. You could probably get away with a few others in there, such as Windows Image Acquisition (if you don't have a scanner), Sygate Firewall if you just run the Windows one. You may see that Print Spooler isn't there and everytime I need to print I just start the service. No big deal, as I don't print that much stuff. ;) The rest are all stopped.

Ahh fair enough ;) I seem to recall having trouble using Active Directory after disabling this one as well.
