Installation Monitor and Stream Encoder needed

Anyone know of a freeware/shareware program which can monitor program installs as to enable a perfect uninstall when needed?

Ive tried google but unable to find anything which looks suitable.

Also, anyone able to recommend a program which can encode a live stream in media player?

If were not allowed to discuss this then please edit post accordingly.

Maybe im out of order, but "Have you tried using Google" isnt exactly an helpfull response. I would rather use a piece of software upon recommendation if possible rather than download something ive never heard of before. I appologise if I have mis-understood your comment.

I think this one may be locked, as ripping live streams is legally a bit dubious.

Well the mods dont seem to mind people mentioning software that allows you to download streaming stuff.

Depends who's streaming it...recording tv for yourself is not illegal.
