I tend not to recommend 2nd hand / out of warranty laptops as too many variables and if there are issues then I would feel bad. This doesn't stop you buying one though.
There are, however, a number of retailers and eBay business sellers who do ex display or manufacturer refurbished with warranty on Medion, Acer Predators, MSI etc. Simply google your spec desired rather than brand as this is the best way to find the bargains.
The Medion you are looking at come with RTX2060/2070 graphics so c2019 release year. I remember these specifically as as I bought an Acer Predator that year and compared loads. I had do do some digging to double check but couldn't find any newer Medions using that name/product code. The newer ones come with much snappier designations like P60/X20/E50.
So I suppose the question is what are you looking for in terms of performance, graphics, screen etc? Are you gaming and if so at what res? If only at 1080p then an RTX4050 will handle most current games at great FPS and detail. Older games will play well at higher res/detail.
Loads of new laptop options around the £700 with 16gb memory, Ultra 5/i5/i7 or AMD equivalents and with RTX4050 mobile (slightly more powerful than RTX 2070 mobile/max q).
These are a couple of cheaper new options from OcUK for example:

I often say this, but I have moved away from gaming laptops. I use GeForce Now (ultimate tier) linked to my steam library + Xbox Cloud Gaming on Ultra Portables. Haven't found a game I can't play as part of those subscriptions. Unplugged, most gaming laptops throttle or eat battery life but cloud based gaming, especially via browser has no hit on battery life. This works super well for me and you get all the benefits of the ultra portables (sub 1.5kg, 3k screens, silent running, all day battery life).
So when budget is limited, it is a great option as you get significant performance at a fraction of the cost. With an RTX 4050 laptop you can still game offline and when connected to cloud services get the equivalent of an RTX4080 desktop so 4k with ray tracing. You can also play on your tablet and phone using the same subscriptions.
Cloud Gaming doesn't work for everyone, but with decent 4G+/5G on Vodafone (or EE) then tethered to data sim/mobile is fine, backed up by home broadband.
