The wife's sister used one of these in Ireland, and probably still does. She invested so much into trying to cope with the loss of their mother as children that it literally ended up with other members of the family grilling my wife over "that night she dreamt mummy was going to die."
Charlatans of the highest order -- but I feel no sympathy for those who buy into it either, emotional needs or not.

Anyone who takes money for this kind of thing is almost certainly a charlatan and while sometimes they actually help people deal with loss, normally it is detrimental to anyone's recovery and should be subject to trading standards.
