Medusa problem

I got these headphones about 3 days ago and i thought they was brilliant apart from 1 thing

I cant turn the bass and centre speakers down or up with the controls on the headset

do you mean they are physically stuck or they just dont seem to do anything?

They just dont seem to do anything at all with the volume... But the speakers in the headphones do work becuase ive tested them with the creative drivers from my sound card
