Meet The Corsair Crystal 460X RBG Tempered Glass Case

Linus Tech Tips just covered this from PAX 2016.

A case internally that's similar to the Corsair 400C but now with added tempered glass and a few minor tweaks.

It's available in two flavours the 460X and the 460X RGB which includes three of Corsair's SP120 RGB fans.

Personally I love the look of the case and tempered glass with those fans.

Should be set up within 1/2 weeks, not going to be available till approx November though. Might be worth looking at the Anidees AI-Crystal as an alternative if you can't wait that long!

There are two different cases. The 460X RGB and the 460X.

The RGB model is the higher priced case at £140.

haha exactly the same situation.

Just bought an Asus Predator X34 and it's just sat there with nothing plugged in... it's getting lonely!

Spoke to the guys at OcUK yesterday.

They don't have a 100% solid ETA yet, but as with competitors are saying they should be expecting it around the 14th.

Bit weird that they don't have the ETA yet but at least we know it's coming I guess!

You're correct mate.

The RGB version has the extra controls on top as well as including the RGB fans.

The non RGB model does not have these.

The corsair 460x was first on sale in India. Then Australia and now the States. I'm now in two minds wether to buy buy a case etc from them anymore and go with a different brand. If their sales is run this poorly then whats the guessing their products are also made very poorly.

Yeah I'm in a similar situation. This case is for a new build so it's not a major issue if it's delayed for me I guess but still annoying as Hell.

I had no idea the 570x even existed until reviews started popping up yesterday, it wasn't even advertised on the Corsair website when I originally made this post.

I've spoken to a handful of companies about stock and for the most part they're all the pretty much the same story

Essentially this is the story

We were told 14th November, then 18th November, then 21st November and now we haven't heard anything from Corsair about it, we are chasing them and awaiting an ETA.

Had my case for a little while now, but my full build won't be taking place until Jan/Feb next year.

I'll be sure to post some pics once it's up and running.

So far I have the Corsair 460x RGB and Acer Predator X34 monitor and a Samsung 960 Pro 512GB... I think if I treat myself any more the wife might not be too happy!
