No. It only comes with one. You have to buy the other set.

not much difference if u put some good push pull fans on the true they preform about same... i would lap a true though as it has a crap base..

Yep im currently running a lapped TRUE black with 2 sharkoon silent eagle 400-1200 rpm pwm fans, also used silent eagle 2000 rpms in the past in push/pull.

yes - it handles high heat output a lot better

Ive also heard that the mounting system is a lot better than the TRUE, dont think it would be worth changing for the sake of a few degrees c though?
