Where do you get those pci riser connectors?

Wow that's some power consumption also, how long would you have to run this rig to being making a profit after hardware costs and electric bill?

You can get the risers from eBay. The 1650 Watt is with two ASIC miners on the go as well. The Scrypt rig draws around 800W or so. I need to do some maths as I'm not 100% on the return with all the changes.

Thanks, I'm just curious and maybe a little bit hesitant about the whole mining thing. It seems to me to be a rather volatile market what with recent news from that Mt.Gok.

Its quite an outlay by the looks of it and I can't help thinking the value could drop just as quick as it went up.

I hope you make a profit anyway

Thats exactly my thinking on it. Spend all that money on equipment, to find out 5 minutes later that bitcoin is worth close to nothing.
