Looked a bit blue-ish out the box but I've set it to sRGB mode now which as made it look a bit better, think it's me because I've only had TN panels this is my first IPS panel so it's all a lot different

Have a look at http://www.lagom.nl/lcd-test/ and see if there is anything strange going on.

~75%, but basically whatever is more comfortable to my eyes. Doesn't really affect the colours though, if that's what is bothering you then try changing the colour temperature too, if it's a bit too blue for your liking try making it warmer.
