I have been locked out of the Members Market again. could someone look into it. I don't have the required amount of posts, but i qualify by the time iv,e been a member of the forum.

TIA

1000 posts, member for at least 6 months, and 15 posts per month to maintain access.
didn't they drop it to 500 posts at one time? otherwises how did mick4545 access it in the 1st place....seem to remember that thinking why did i have to get to 1k posts and now they've dropped it. if back to 1k posts, probably better. Shows commitment

Yeah its changed over the years, 15 rolling posts per month is the newest change and the post count was lower in the past.

is this like a forum subsection ? is it any good?
members market is where you can sell and buy used parts etc have subsections for pc/console/mobiles/electronics etc...where i just picked up the 7800xt gpu. seeing as full of like minded pc enthusiasts, I feel more comfortable there than out in the wild west, though have bought off facebook mktplace before no issues etc...just prefer doing it here. makes this forum more worthwhile as it gives something back for the time you put into it. there are rules such as not buying cheap here and selling on for profit(as some people can sell at a decent price as they like the idea it's going to another enthusiast etc..you can also leave feedback and if anything goes wrong there is a mediation, though I've never need to use it, not that I've used it much...there's also a section where you can ask people what something might be valued at etc....basivcally, just a little extra area for those that use the forum regularly

Yeah the members market is outstanding to be fair. It's generally gauranteed to be a safe place to buy/sell items, unlike the likes of ebay where you're dealing with random people who can easily pull a scam and ebay side with them. One downside when selling is generally you get a bit less money, but that's also an upside when buying, can sometimes pick up a bargain :)

Feel like the MM used to be better though, before the bay stopped having any fees it was really good because you didn't have to deal with dodgy buyers and could avoid selling fees.

It's still decent but I have a sneaking suspicion that there's still people there who buy at MM rates just to sell on on Facebook.
