Memory advice please

I doing a build for someone who is limited on money,
I have picked him so far, Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0 AMD 970 Motherboard, AMD Piledriver FX-8 Eight Core 8320 Black Edition.

Someone adviced me to get:
TeamGroup Vulcan ORANGE 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-19200C11 2400MHz Dual Channel Kit"

But I dont know a lot about them and wasnt sure if:
"GeIL Black Dragon 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C11 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit" Would be better.

Any Advice would be welcome thx

Using it myself can't fault it at all.
