Hi All just looking for some advice on a memory upgrade. This is the information on what is currently in my machine, as taken from pc wizard

So any advice would be greatly appreciated
 
Just wanted to add some more info to this taken from cpu-z in the hopes of getting some more advice.





Any advice or suggestions would be most gratefully appreciated.
