Memory card help required

Does anyone know of a micro sd to pro duo adapter that will work with a 16gb micro sd card. Everywhere ive looked seems to only mention using 8gb cards.

Only ones I can find only work up to 8gb too mate, Veho do convertors that turn it into a USB pen drive but again it's got a 8gb limit, not sure why!
