Memory Card Reader Dont Work Help Please.

I recently built my first rig, ive posted a couple of threads on here about ram speed and cpu temps, the help has come in usefull. All was going fine until i wanted to use my card reader i have a Enlight 26 in 1 Card reader. Now vista sees the reader and has assigned 4 drive letters to it which is why i thought it was working. When i plug the cards in nothing happens? but the usb port on the drive works? ive tried a few different cards and none of them work, and ideas?

Yeah says there upto date, i done it on each drive letter, is that correct?

erm are those cards SD HD cards? my SD card reader wnt read the HD cards

ive tried the one that the nintendo wii uses (SD Card) and psp one and a micro sd in a sd adapter.

Mine wouldnt work for some reason a while ago and all i did to fix it was reconnect the cable and update the drivers.

Thats all i can suggest im afraid, hopefully someone on here will pop in and help whos more familiar with them

ok thanks i think ill try pulling the lead out and re connecting it, gotta be worth a go i guess.

that didnt work, i ever tried plugging it into a different port on the motherboard, still no job, the light comes on but nothing reads apart from the usb port.
