Memory changes and CPU OC

Heyy,

I'm looking at changing all my RAM, from 4GB to 8GB. I know the RAM does have some sort of effect on the overclock of the CPU but I'm not entirely sure what. I've got an pre-clocked i3 to 4.3GHz that I bought from here.

Am I most likely gonna have to reset the CPU and overclock it again?

What tends to happen when you install new ram into an overclocked system?

Take A note of the settings as they are now. All the Voltages etc.voltages

Reset Bios.

Change RAM in board. Back into Bios use XMP.

Set voltages as previous and test. If necessary adjust VTT/ VCCIO depending on the board you have. On Giga adjust IMC also. Done!!!

Youll notice a nice difference from 4-8. I did, but when i went from 8-16 no different whatsoever. So yeah 8 is plenty and you will see an improvement.
