Memory..funnily enough

Hey guys, i've had a read of the guide and am still a touch confused (due to my own idiocy not the guide). I'm lookig to build a new computer and have only one slight problem left. My cpu and motherboard have an fsb of 1066, should my memory speed match this or are they unrelated?

Okay, i'll look into it. Either way tho, do the fsb's of my ram and motherboard need to match for better perfromance?

Core Duo indeed, i'm not entirely sure about overclocking it. Tho I suppose the price difference isn't that big, may well go for it. Thanks for your help
