Memory Management BSOD

well i got the error AGAIN after changing the Voltage
the MemTest ran fine with no problems so i dont know what it could be
as it only seems to happen when i am installing something - could that affect it?
 
I had two of those bsods myself today and other random crashes I've had my pc in all day doing stuff, and forgot to turn the fans on on my rads and case. In otherwords something was overheating, I have a p55 with an IMC which probably explains why I was getting memoery issues rather than just a cpu failsafe shutdown.

Download hwmonitor.exe and check your temps on your nb or chip.
