Memory MHZ?

Ive just brought a bundle from OCUK containing this ram - http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-108-CS

I had a look at cpu-z and it said the ram was only running at 400mhz, whereas it says in the above link it can go to 800 MHZ. Can anyone inform me if any other ways to find out what the MHZ is currently at and also, if needed how I would go around changing the speed.

CPU lists the memory speed (400mhz in your case), which we have to double (to 800mhz in your case) as it's Double Data Rate memory.

So it's running fine
