Memory overclocking?

I'm using a really cheap DDR4 3000 kit.

I've been playing around with it a little and these are my settings currently at 1.35v on the default XMP profile.

If I increase the clock speed to 3400MHz it doesn't boot.

What is the safe voltage range for DDR4 ram?

And what should the tRFC timings be set to? I'm not familliar with this setting.

have you run HCI memtest or similar after overclock to check for errors?

^^^this, and also if you want to hit for 3400mhz, loosen the timings, for a start, set cas latency to 16, tRFC leave on auto, you can mess about with sub timings later, I run my ram 24/7 at 1.4v
