memory problems

Hi im having problems making my Asus P8Z77-V LX boot up into bios.

I think it might be due to my memory.

I have Kingston KHX1600C9AD3B1K2/4G memory.

The memok! light on the motherboard is constantly on red.

Could someone please advise me if this memory is ok? and could if not ok advise me what memory i need to purchase?

yes iv tryed all the lots and i have tryed one single module, can you suggest anything else?

650W Cool master psu
XFX 6870 HD
Asus P8Z77-V LX

i will check the cpu for bent pins

Hi pins seem ok, but the CPU looks as if one of corners has been bent.

Can you please advise?
