Basically I'm seeing my memory go up to 70-90% in about an hour unless I'm watching a video via YouTube for about 10 minutes, when booted up it's at about 20-30% and when I gets high it affects the performance.

I have searched for malware and stuff like that, and nothing. I'm not using anything memory demanding only stuff like Spotify and IE web searching.

I've had the computer since Monday from OC UK. They did a great job, Probably my fault.

Any suggestions?
Any screenshots? just ask (Ask what you need a screenshot off)

Is windows fully updated? Think I read somewhere that there's a memory leak with 8.1 and its fixed with an update

Yes, fully updated.

I just play Dragon Age: Inquisition for an hour-ish can the memory is still under 30%
Could it be just when I watch videos?
