and overclocked my q6600 to 3.2ghz with memory 1:1

put voltage from 1.8 to 2.1

cpu-z settings = dram freq = 357mhz

or can i do anything else?

It's running a fair bit under spec, so you should be able to up the memory ratio from 1:1 and tighten the timings to 4-4-4-12.
