In cpuz these are my readings

in bios my voltage is about 2.2v




am i running my memory at optimum spec?

My processor is a amd phenom x2 quad core 9650

Link not working.

If sticks are Kingston KHX8500D2K2/4G, should be...

5-5-5-18 at +1.8V;
or 5-5-5-15 at +2.2V

i.e. CL, tRCD, tRP & tRAS
