Memory speed not sticking

incredibly confused. i've found out recently that although i've been changing command rate in bios, it's been at 2t the whole time and won't change whatever i do (including when i try to set it to 3). i've finally installed windows, so cpu-z tells me this now. moreover i have these numbers like trrd, twtr, twr, trfc, trtp. and then i have "channel a timing settings" and driving settings and same for channel b. and i'm fairly certain that some of these numbers are wrong because trfc at the very least comes up in some screenshots of this ram, and the value on the screenshots isn't the "auto" value that i have. was about to send the ram back on monday but now i'm kind of thinking i've missed some things/my mobo is ****.

any help on what those numbers are/how i'm supposed to change command rate? (i've updated bios and everything...)

becoming a bit of a nightmare ^^"

edit: screw it. i'm getting an ivybridge.
