Bit disappointed by my Corsair DDR800 (CAS5) - which is really not overclockable at all (won't go above 830 stable)
anyway - that by the by - if I'm currently running my E6600 Conroe at 3.2 gig - with RAM @ 1:1 @ CAS5 - so about 720 MHz CAS5 - if I ran the RAM 4:5 - the RAM would be at a nicer 880 odd.
now would it be worth going out and buying some DDR8500 to get 880+ speeds, or would I not really get any benefit at all ?
720 CAS5 just seems a bit slow - but I'm not sure how much effect it has on my gaming etc ?
thanks for any help, Mark.
