Memory Testing GPU Utility?

my pc is 24hrs prime stable on all tests but from time to time hangs in supreme commander on vista 32.

Im using furmark for stability testing but is there a similar utility to memtest that can test the memory on the GPU.

I have a GTS 512mb

supreme commander is a game that hammers the cpu very hard. and from my tests prime is not the best tool for testing cpu overclocks since there are programs out there that stress the cpu even higher than prime does.

lower your cpu overclock then try playing the game and see if it crashes.

just out of interest what are these programs that stress the cpu from than prime does?
