Just re-built my PC round an MSI K8N SLI-FI 939 mobo. As it's the first time I've ever built a PC from scratch, I'm quite pleased how it's gone so far but have a query about the memory timing.
I've read the faq but still have a couple of queries.
- When my mobo first posts, it says that the memory is set to 2T. Does anyone know if this is likely to be because the memory can't cope? or just because that's what the BIOS sets it to as a default (IE. I can just change it to 1T).
- I'm assuming from everything I've read on this forum, that it's better to have it running at 1T (though probably only a 3% or so improvement).

PS. My memory is 1 GB matched 2x512 MB kit from crucial (just their standard memory).
