Ok, I have 4x 1gb sticks, 2 kingston and 2 corsair, pic below shows the current timings at 400FSB, is it worth getting better memory or trying to improve the timings with what I have?

Do the lower timing make a big diff?

Do you get any stability issues? It's never advisable to mix brands of RAM.
Sure you'd get better performance too with decent RAM.

Its 100% stable, never had a problem.

I have always mixed RAM in the past and not had a problem.

THats the question I'm asking, where would I see the improvment with better timings and/or decent RAM?

Try 5-5-5-15.

his kingston is letting him down 6.6.. timings will be the norm for those ram at over 400 fsb

its not if you can control 1 set of ram at diffrent voltages
i never seen a motherboard that will allow you to set 2 diffrent voltages
on 2 sets of ram.
