Memory timings

Using Everest I see i have 2 readings for my memory timmings 5.5.5.15 and 4.4.4.10 does this mean that my 2 sticks of the same ram have different timmings or am i misunderstanding the below image

those are the programed and certified timings for those speeds (266Mhz and 400Mhz respectively) at 1.8V.

Your's is actualy at the timings lower down, 5-5-5-15-22-6-2T on 2.3V

CPU-Z is better for reading memory timings IMO, as it is much more self explanatory what you are using.
