I am thinking to upgrade my ram from Ocuk, no overclocking, basically fastest ram my system can support and reliable too.planning to move to vista x64, so looking to buy 4-8 GB
What can you guys suggest me?

Can you change the memory timings in the BIOS?

I would recommend some CAS4 PC2-6400, but only if you can manually change the timings in the BIOS (tho Memset may be able to do it in Windows, but that's something you would would need to try first).
