my 800 ocz ram is rated between 1.90 - 2.10v with a EVP of 2.2.. i have oc my system to 3.8ghz with a 1:1 ratio at 846mhz and voltage in bios at 2.15 but according to speedfan and everest they both show the vram at 2.20... how is this.

Some boards will overvolt the memory. ASUS are infamous for doing it by as much as 0.1v, and MSI may well do the same.

sorry for bringing this up again but when i was running a blend with orthos my ram voltages were showing between 2.26 - 2.38 when set at 2.15. is this going to invalidate my guarantee with ocz? and could i fry my memory at these voltages?

Which software was giving the readings?

It's unusual for memory voltage to fluctuate more than ~0.02v under load.
