but which one do I download from that site? there are loads??

Also how do I run in from dos?

Supposedly I run the exe? and then choose test 8 and keep it running for 24hours?

Is it like prime95 in that if there are any errors it will just stop testing?

Please clarify......(esp on the version)

Once into memtest press c,1,3 and then 8 to choose text 8, 0 to let it test. Esc to exit. Memtest keeps running and just displays the each error that comes up in a long red list

Can I run the system as normal whilst the test is going on in the background?
