Men wearing necklaces

Only have two, both Silver because I can't stand gold. One is a decent chain with a solid silver BC Rich Warlock and t'other is just a standard Silver chain. Although I do have a set of solid Silver dog-tags too, they my medical information engraved onto them though. They look way better than standard god-tags and those silly looking 'med-alert ' bracelets that people wear.

Me, always have done and always will do. It just feels wrong on my left wrist. People tend not to comment on it, because it's not really too uncommon.

I wear it on right wrist even though I am not left handed. Not sure why I always have, no-one has commented on it really though

its a bit like someone english saying a scott who wears a kilt looks gay but they see it very differantly. i see no problem in what people choose to wear as long as they dont look like an utter twit.

To the OP I don't think it looks THAT bad but it definitely has a feminine look to it. Not my sort of thing I just wear a silver chain and ankh, but if you like it thats whats important so who cares what we think. :)

Looks better without the t-shirt. I would predict further improvement with total nudity. Pics with bread to maintain decency please!

A ring is just as gay as a necklace, actually more so depending on the necklace. :p

I used to wear a shark's tooth round my neck but would never consider wearing a ring (and I mean ever, even if/when I get married).

I personally hate all jewelry. Won't even wear a wedding ring if I ever get married. Even my medic alert "surf-band" is attached to my keys. Just my preference.

Necklaces on men are touch and go, even though I don't like them I can appreciate that they suit some guys, and at that only the surf type necklaces. Personally I think anything metal - chain, ring, earing looks crap.

To OP, I really don't think that necklace looks good.

I don't get you at all. In all the tat threads it's all, your body etc don't be quick to judge. Wear a necklace and it's gay?

Its what I was thinking. Its not just "gay" in normal sized writing. It's gay in super-attention-seeking size.

Followed by getting bent out of shape and responding with some sort of obscenity/personal attack to someone who merely pointed out his hypocrisy.

My dad wears a very thin gold necklace, that you can't even really see when he's wearing a t-shirt. But then he's had it since he was 18, and it was a present from his mother.

IS MY DAD GAY?

I DUN KNOWZ?

I have a rune carved into a stone on a leather cord and thats about it for jewellery after my watch.
