Mercedes 2011 Car Launched

Nose looks like a platypus! Also looks somewhat reminiscent of the HRT-Dallara at the front with the two-tier-ness going on. I *do* like the lack of 'sticky out bits' round by the sidepod intakes & the subtle fins instead.

Wings of these post-2009 rules cars are all wrong though; fronts are too wide and snowplough-esque towards the edges and yet nowt in the midde. Rear wings are too narrow :(

(then again I think F1 car design peaked with the Ferrari 640/641 and FW14!)

they had a side exhaust aswell and a few other minor tweaks over the body work they claim they want to add things over the testing days tather than bung everything on and hope it works.

aparently tommorow they will use a new front wing , rear wing and brake ducts.
