How do I do it?

I have:

Disk 0 unallocated space 39.1Gb
Disk 0 unallocated space 194Gb extended
Disk 0 unallocated space 12mb

When looking from the Windows 7 install disk. I'd like to have one partition for all 250GB of my HDD!

You should be able to delete them from that install screen if you are reinstalling as windows will create a partition that fills the disk if there are none.

See computer management then disk management if not reinstalling as that may allow you to do it.

Before making any partition changes, take a full image backup of your system.

I'd use Macrium Reflect Free for this.

edit, if this is during a fresh install and you want to delete all existing data on the drive, just delete all the partitions so it's just all unallocated space, then click Next.

Windows will re-create what it needs.

As always, remove all other drives during the Windows install. Add them back after the install has completed.
