Good afternoon. Need a bit of advice with storage for iTunes library and the such.

I currently have 4 wd 1tb hard drives in my pc. I've had macs for years so all my media is in iTunes, also have Apple TV and the like so I'm stuck with iTunes.

My iTunes library is currently stored on an external hdd, but I've had enough of my MacBook being taken up as an iTunes server so want to move all my stuff to my pc, but I'm wondering what is the best way to do it.

Ideally I'd just move my library to on of my hdd's but my iTunes library is already at 1.1 Tb so it won't fit on 1 of my hard drives, so therein lies my problem. I don't want to bugger about with multiple libraries so I need to merge at least 2 hdds.

So what's the best way to do this? Was thinking about a raid-0 array with a 50gb partition for windows, 50gb for Ubuntu, 2tb for iTunes and a further 1tb for games, the 2tb external will be used for backup of iTunes only, so I'm not concerned with the lack of redundancy provided by raid-0.

Or would it be easier to use dynamic discs to combine 2 of the discs into a single volume for iTunes to use?

Any advice or alternate suggestions would be much appreciated.

I will be doing a fresh install of windows on freshly formatted drives so retaining current data is a non issue.
