Merging two unallocated partitions in Windows7?

I currently have a hard drive with two unallocated partitions (one 50GB, one ~540GB) that I want to merge together but looking at Disk Management I can't do that. Or at least it doesn't look like there's a way to do it in there. Does anyone know of a reliable program that will do this?

edit: BTW, I heard Partition Magic doesn't work with Windows 7?

I've heard you can only resize partitions that are adjacent to one another with PPM. Since mine aren't adjacent, I need to have them moved as well.
