No I think the engines ARE bloody good, but I also think they are too small for the 'performance' cars they are fitted into. A 2 litre engine pushing out 145lbs of torque in a car weighing 1300-1400kg does not set my world on fire

Now if they fit that 2.4 into the CTR's I'd be more impressed as clearly it will have a decent amount of torque and still have the VTEC edge.
