Messenger App - How to send text with images over wifi?

Each time I try to send a text with an image (MMS) I get the message "Not sent. Please tap to try again". And no matter how many times I tap it just repeats the same message.

Anyone know what setting I need to enable in order to send MMS over wifi?

there is no setting, MMS is an extension of SMS and wont use standard data protocols. If you want to sent over Wifi then I suggest you use Whatsapp or similar.
