Meta Quest 3 Pro (Phoenix)

Just read that early rumours were that meta were aiming at $800-1000 price point, might have changed with the ram shortage, but if they can get confirmed specs out, and another estimated price point, before the steam frame releases, they may well put a dent into Valves sales.

Guess they basically hold off announcing anything right up until valve finally announces a release date?

Mirco-oled and seemingly tiny form factor, I do wonder about the FOV though.

This is going to be Metas version of the new Pico headset

both headsets are aimed at Productivity, not games

Quest 4 is more gamer focused

Anyone who gives meta any money after what they have done to vr needs a slap.
sorry but this is nonsense. without meta VR would likely be dead now!. Valve funded 1 (really good) title but other than that rely on their almost monopoly on pc gaming taking a cut from others work, companies like pico, big screen and pimax are great but not gonna shift enough units to make vr a viable concern on their own.

Sony have practically ditched their vr headset (for the 2nd time) and what MS have done with their vr line forcibly removing official support is bordering on criminal.

at best blaming meta for any failures in vr is ...... misplaced.
