Meta Quest 3

I and looking to replace my Oculus Rift S that is now damaged with the Quest 3 to immerse myself in my flight simulation. Yes i know there are better ones available but i am on a tight budget so the likes of Pimax are out of the question. So is the Quest 3 a good option making in terms of the visual quality experience and are there any flight simmers out there using it.

It's an excellent all round headset, plus you can play all the old Rift S Oculus games on it at higher resolution.

Remember though that as the resolution is far higher than the Rift S it's more demanding hardware wise to get a decent frame rate at a decent detail level. That's especially true of sims.

What's the specs of the pc, a quest pro features eye tracking and fs2024 works very well with DFR, you might find it pays to spend a little more to save on needing pc upgrades as well ie steam frame.

Edit to add it does work well with frame adding(can't remember what it's called ) where you hit 36 or 45 FPS respectively to fake 72 or 90
