Am i the only person that thinks Konami are wasting their time with this :o Just get a 360 version made, the thing will sell like hot cakes (added plus: I'll get to finally play the thing :p). Afaik the iphone is still a pretty unestablished gaming platform as well so it makes even less sense :confused:
 
Aye but Kojima is a Sony/Apple fanboy so logic like sales revenue goes out of the window :p

Evidence of this would be the ipod snake carries and the iMacs + PS3 + bravia television in the 'staging' area.
 
I think the meta data in the page source were a huge clue, too. :p

Unless they've modified the page since it went up, then ignore me.

Actually the iPhone's gaming platform is quite significant on the mobile phone stage. Still, one can't help but be disappointed that it's not a major console release after all.

I can only assume that was part 1 of the collection, and the other set containing the rest of the game wasn't pictured :D:p

Personally I don't want it to come out on the 360, and I actually don't want Final Fantasy too either - just as I don't want games on the 360 to come out on the PS3.

I prefer each console to have its large share of exclusives, just like it was in the days of the Mega Drive / SNES and so on. I do understand for people with only one console that view may be a little selfish, but it also stops bad ports, increases competition in the market too, and makes the whole thing more interesting rather than seeing 95 percent of the same games on each platform.

I do understand though this is as someone who owns both consoles, but then I also felt like that when I owned a 360 by itself.

Nah, what every website realized was that succumbing to the hype would get them more hits. It was too... obvious to be about 360, we all know how the metal gear development team like to have their fun.
