Diy Foam kits are not properly fire rated which is unfortunate. I have a steel roof on my workshop to do approx 60m2 and I have 4 quotes varying from £800 - £3000 for the same thickness of sprayfoam!

You could try Grafo Therm - http://www.grafoproducts.co.uk/index.htm apparently it works really well but you need good ventilation.

Lots of brilliant replies, many thanks guys.

As for this one, the Grafo Therm. This sounds interesting. Have you done that to your shed, or did you just googled it, found it, and posted it here?

I'd love to hear anyone having their comments on using Grafo Therm. Are they expensive? I am thinking of doing it myself, after donning the protective gear and hiring tools, of course. But would that tot up as cheaper than having someone doing it? Labour costs, etc.

I will email them (the company) sometime this weekend. :D

I would use silver foil backed bubble wrap insulation, used it to insulate the inside of my van, fits around all surfaces, easy to glue and stops cold bridges (which causes condensation).
Its quite cheap per meter compared to other methods and does work.
