Meteor Shower December 2014.

There's Meteors going around from 10PM to 2AM roughly. Anyone out watching or seen any? I've seen 5 so far, has been a spectacular sight!

Ive seen two after about 30mins watching, overrated, stay inside and drink cider.

Yup, went out for a couple of mins to catch a few as I do most years with the two main ones, when the weather allows

I just been outside for 20mins and seen 8
one lasting 4-5 sec and 3 very close together
cold now so came in

Ooh, I did, purely by chance. Tracking from south to north-ish, I guess. Probably a good night for viewing in my part of the world, very clear skies.

I made a wish too... I'm just waiting for Kelly Brook to turn up. Any time now...

I forgot to make mine, I'll probably watch out my room window later, catch some more. All snuggled in a duvet with a cuppa! I don't drink anymore.

Last night was pretty good here, I didn't go outside just watched from a bedroom window. This limits the amount you will see but it's warmer, I saw 10-15 in the 15 minutes I was looking around 11PM.

Pretty much no point in London, pollution washes out the fainter ones.

Best I ever saw were the Perseids in Summer 2009, beautiful.

Was out last night with a mate - we had three cameras setup taking photos of different parts of the sky!

Saw an awesome fireball of a meteor at one point but sods law it wasn't in frame on any of our cameras :/

Was pretty poor overall though compared to last year - but then I was in deepest darkest Dorset then so the viewing was stunning!
