Interesting date related facts...its 7 years since Metro Exodus was released, which is the same amount of time between now and 2033, when the first game was set.

It took me a couple of attempts to get into the first game but when I did I enjoyed them all and looking forward to this.

Still haven't got round to playing Last Light properly or Exodus but I have such positive memories of 2033 maybe this announcement will get me to give them a proper go.

I e never played one all the way through. I think I got to the sand place on Exodus

Always been a fan of the setting, but never actually played the first, forced my way through last light on PS3 being crippled by controller, loved Exodus and played through twice - once on the original, and again on the enhanced edition with the dlc :)

Should probably give the first games a proper play through at some point, since I do actually have them both!

Seriously can't wait to see it, been a fan since the original PC release, actually replayed series last year which was a great time

Hopefully Luma gets to work on the HDR mod for them soon

PC system requirement crowd getting nervous......

Hopefully be fine, they did pretty good with Exodus enhanced edition

Yup they did very well with the optimization to the point it even ran better than the hybrid RT + raster version.

I'll be interested to see what the story will be, I'd love to see a continuation of Sams story from Exodus DLC, to find out what happens to him, even if thats just via another DLC

Didn’t Exodus only have HDR on the PS5 version
No has HDR on PC too but you need a launch command too fix the raised blacks, and it still isn't super great HDR but looks fine

Edit: also needs ini tweaks to set brightness levels

Sounds like a one click job for RenoDX!
