You ought to hold back the criticism if you don't know what you're talking about.
If it helps. I'm running gtx670 SLi with the 314.21 drivers and so far no probs and getting an average of 60-70 fps with all settings maxed.
I was having a terrible time with cards downclocking with 314.22 and my only solution was downgrading to 314.21 which solved all of my problems.

Anyone know if RadeonPro is working with this yet? I am seriously considering just selling my 2nd 7970 to fund my Haswell build next month as I just cant be bothered with the chew on of crossfire anymore. I get less and less time to play games and dont want to spend a full nights potential gaming sorting stutter out. I know these magic drivers are due but I'm not convinced until I see the proof not just a promise for a fix that should have been sorted years ago
What do you mean by 'working'? I'm running two 7950s on Crossfire and have my Global Profile on RadeonPro set to V-Sync Always On with framerate locked to the 59mhz value I assigned my monitor. It's working pretty smoothly. Some slight stutter when panning but nothing too severe.
By contrast, last night I tried Rage for the first time. It took a while to get it going (Steam version - launch crashes and the like) and when I did I had to suffer either horrendous panning stutter or atrocious tearing depending on whether vsync was enabled or not.
After a month's Crossfire ownership Rage is the first game I haven't been able to sort with RadeonPro.

when i boot through RP the screen just blurs with the windows white mouse pointer still prominent. Music still sounds ok but no picture.....please help

Found my problem- Afterburner. Its working now but its far from smooth but I will say it runs surprisingly well on one 7970 which hasnt done much for my inner argument to keep both cards either. Thanks though
