mfc42u.dll Error /missing

Hi guys
got the above error when I open device manager or computer managenent.
Got any ideas how I can fix this???

Assuming you have Windows XP here.

1. Download the file from here: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?mfc42u
2. Place it in Windows\system32
3. Reboot
