MGS4 online beta thread

Got my id at the beginning of the week, my client is just patching now and it was going pretty quick the last time I looked at it.
 
No idea, i put it on and just left it while doing some stuff outside, periodically checking it to see how much has done, at 13% just now but speed has doubled to 80kb/s, was 2% at my last post

Edit: and now the speed has dropped to 0.7 kb/s this is why i hate p2p, non stable download speeds

Has everyone else got the problem of when they you are wanting to sign in it says server not found of something along those lines? Reason is i forgot which password i used for the sign up.

Is it because it's not live yet?

I had the same error also, i'd guess it's becuase servers are not live yet. Only a few days till they get turned on!
 
I cant get the ID url to work at all keeps saying ive taken too long even if i do it silly quick :| what a daft system why doesnt it not work with my psn name ?
 
I gave up trying to get the up date last night, ill give it another go this evening......would it have killed them to put the patched version of the demo on the PSN in the first place ?

Wait till tomorrow or something when it is less busy. Be grateful you have the update that most people haven't yet :) getting the ID once the site works will be less painful than the 1.01 update (and quicker!!)

I've been trying for the past couple of days to create an ID with no luck.

Even if I manage to get to the first page where you choose your location no matter how fast I am I can never got through to the end of the process :(

Think I'll lay off for a while now though 'cause I'm only adding to the trouble I suppose, and just wait til the servers are nearly up.
