That's if you go and buy the Substance version a year later as well. I haven't tend to bother with any of them in the past, I just bought the first editions

If you pre order any version of the game you are assured of a place in the MGO beta that starts on 21st April for two weeks.

Well the way it works in america and japan ( the only regions with concrete plans ) is when you pre order the game at the retailer ( online or high street ) you receive a dvd or blu -ray ( a disc for certain ) with all the trailers for MGS4 and character bio's and things like that plus a keycode to enable you to download the beta.

If this exact plan will be the same for europe remains to be seen but I would hazard a guess and expect to see something similar.

dont understand the hype of mgs - enjoyed the first but felt the 2nd to be rather poor

I'd still buy it on 360 because of the better controller .

In other news, any new info on this mgs4+60gb bundle? Price? Backwards compatible. MGS4 is the game to make me buy a PS3.

Going by that info, if there would be a 360 version, and the data conversion is 1:1 you would probably see a potential 5 discs. Each region has its own language only, as there isn't enough room on the disc to fit more than just the one.

I actually read somewhere a while back that MGS4 was almost a 2 x BD Game
